Q: How do I pick my Domain Name?
A: Fill out the online form with the name you would Ideally like and we will do the rest. We will inform you if your domain name is not available. Sometimes hyphenating two words will give you a better chance e.g. www.moon-cafe.com might be available, whereas www.mooncafe.com will probably be taken.
Q: Who owns the domain name? A: You do. Although Viola Interactive Ltd register the name through an automated system on receiving payment the domain name belongs to you. Q: How long will I have to wait once payment is made for the site to be active? A: The site will be automatically created once payment is received. The time it takes to become active depends on 3rd parties but usually takes around 24hrs. Q: Can I change the e-mail that the form sends the results to after it is set up? A: Yes you can. For a small fee (£5.00) we will change the e-mail the form delivers results to. This is useful if, for instance, you want to pass on the form to one of your friends/colleagues (contact us for details).
Q: Can I use different Domain Names other than those specified on the site? A: Yes. Contact us for a quote on ANY Domain of your choosing (.info, .biz and .com.uk etc). Q: Can I change the design of the form to add my own content? A: Yes. Customizing your form can be arranged for a fee, contact us for details. |
